Scooter and powered wheelchair servicing and repairs
For your peace of mind, and in order to prevent your electric scooter or wheelchair from breaking down, it is recommended that your machine is serviced and safety checked anually.
This is also a stipulation of most insurance companies regarding renewal policies for mobility vehicles.
We can collect your machine, service it in our workshop and return it to you, usually within 48 hours. Should it require any replacement parts, we will consult you prior to supplying them to avoid incurring unwanted additional costs. For your convenience, we endeavour to provide a similar loan vehicle wherever necessary and subject to availability. In exceptional circumstances, we can arrange for the service to be carried out at your home.
If your mobility vehicle needs a repair, you may bring it into our workshop or arrange an appointment for one of our engineers to visit you. In the latter case, we'll try to complete the repair on site wherever possible.
